Academic Support
Academic support can maximise your child’s potential and enhance their school experience.
Academic support from £30/hour.
Early Years

The key to early years support is to avoid placing any pressure on your child whatsoever.
Our tutors are fun and caring, making the early years support something your child will look forward to. Whether you’d like to gently improve Numeracy, Literacy or help your child pick up English that little bit quicker, we have a tutor who can help.
Primary/Prep

At primary/prep level, Clarendon will assess your child thoroughly to gauge the relative strengths and weaknesses of your child.
This allows our tutoring to be more targeted and, with our detailed monthly reporting system, allows you to keep track of your child’s progress. We do this for all our tuition, but it becomes particularly helpful at this level.

Secondary/Senior

Academic support at Secondary / Senior level can improve your child’s grades and working habits.
By secondary/senior school, the focus of academic support will shift slightly. Our tutors become more subject specific, able to help your child with whatever subject they may be struggling with. We have a tutor for every subject offered in the UK. Our tutors also help your child with motivation, organisation and drive.
Testimonials

My child actually looks forward to his tutoring. You can't ask more than that! Highly recommend this tutoring company. They are fantastic teachers and lovely people.

Henry and Orlando both assessed my then 9 year old son, not only from an academic standpoint but also personality and what motivated him. As a result he was matched with the perfect tutor, young fun and engaging with similar interests. He made huge progress and really enjoyed and looked forward to their weekly sessions and had no problems completing his homework. I used Clarendon again during the first lockdown not so much for school work which the school handled well, but for an introduction to philosophy that he was taking an interest in. Now 14, I would say the long term benefits of having had a private tutor have been to encourage him to read round his subjects more to gain a greater depth of knowledge and understanding, and to gain confidence in his own abilities, as well as the correlation between work and results. With GCSEs around the corner I would not hesitate to call Clarendon again, particularly for the encouragement and confidence building which has given such good results already.

Honestly do not think I could have reached the top grades without Clarendon Tutors, while also having a most enjoyable experience along the way. REALLY COULDN'T HIGHLY RECOMMEND MORE !!!
