STRETCHâ„¢

A unique programme Clarendon designed with neuroscience specialists from UCL. Interactive brain-games that ‘stretch’ the 6 parts of the brain to promote emotional & mental wellbeing, and brain longevity.

During weekly, in-person sessions at home, our tutors cover diverse topics like sign language, drawing, braille, poetry, listening (to the smallest detail), music, movement, and more; with the special ingredients of intergenerational connection and laughter. These activities have been carefully selected to stimulate the parts of your brain that would not be used in everyday life – to promote brain longevity.
